Most of the time, yes- but I don't forbid myself from having something I want.
3. What physical fitness regimen do you follow?
A little bit of this and that....
4. How many hours of sleep so you need every night?
I like to have 8 hours.
5. Are you happy with your body?
Sure, it could be better, but I know I can't complain!
