This is a personal truth for me. Many times, deep in my heart, I know what is true, what is right. It isn't always easy or simple to listen to your heart though. It can be terribly frightening at times. I am a logical, almost scientific thinker. So I think with my head far more frequently than I think with my heart. Perhaps finding the authentic veracity lies in listening to both the heart and the head.
