Before you read which goddess you are most like, please understand that these goddesses represent the extreme personality traits that we all share. Just because you scored most on Hera doesn't mean that you are cruel and jealous. . . it just means that you share some of the traits (to a lesser extreme) that she represents.
Hera-- Hera is the queen of the gods. She is the patron of marriage and childbirth. She is extremely jealous and vengeful, however she is extremely devoted and never cheats. She is beautiful but often appears ugly due to her bad nature. She is powerful and always in charge of her surroundings. She doesn't easily forgive and will hold grudges against those who betray her. She enjoys her position of power and often punishes those who consider themselves superior to her in anyway. She doesn't trust often and that trust is always in doubt. Demeter-- Demeter is the goddess of grain, agriculture and plants. She is matronly and dignified. She is very devoted to those that she loves and is proud of her ability to grow and create. However, when hurt she strikes out at everyone to make sure the world shares her pain. She is mostly down to earth. She is passionate about what she likes and indifferent about everything else. She is often single minded and goal oriented. She feels her emotions strongly. When she is happy she is ecstatic but when she is unhappy she is very depressed. Aphrodite-- Aphrodite is the goddess of Love beauty, sex appeal, and fertility. She can charm anyone. She loves to laugh, however it is hard to tell if she is genuinely laughing or merely mocking those she has charmed. She loves beautiful things and people people. She has many lovers and doesn't settle with one person for too long a period. She is often superficial and can be jealous and spiteful. Her jealousy doesn't compare with Hera's. Aphrodite is mostly only annoyed by others thinking they are superior because she honestly believes that no one does compare to her. Its more of a nuisance than an actual threat. She has many friends because people are drawn to her however, very few are close because she tends to be only interested in herself. Athena-- Athena represents wisdom and knowledge. She is a warrior and is known for protecting and respecting people like her. She is a patroness of heroes. She sticks to what she believes to the point where she is often mistaken for stubborn. She is also known for her generosity and kindness. She enjoy intellectual pursuits and is impressed by crafts and creativity. She is merciful and just. She believes in action and taking part of a conflict to resolve it. She is strong, independent, opinionated and wise. The art is done by Jonathan Earl Bowser. |
